In kitchen queries, name, telephone number and municipality are requested. The service selection, the comment and, when indicated, the size, deadline and other details necessary to understand the work are also received. Email and up to four photographs are optional.

Photos are prepared on the device for sending in an optimized format and the server verifies the received files. The original is not sent as such. Avoid including people, documents, licence plates or private information that is not necessary to explain the work.

Required fields are noted on each form. If the data necessary to respond or validate the request is missing, the shipment cannot be completed. We do not ask for payment details or identification documents to start a consultation.

3. What the data is used for

We use the information to respond to the inquiry, clarify the scope, prepare a proposal, and organise the steps you request before hiring. When there is a job, the relevant data is used to coordinate and execute what has been agreed. These actions are supported by the request for pre-contractual measures or the contractual relationship, as appropriate.

General queries and professional proposals are addressed with the consent expressed in the form when that is the applicable basis. Measures against abuse and duplicate submissions protect the operation and security of the service. If there is a legal obligation related to a job, the information necessary to fulfil it will be retained and used.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to an advertising list. This website does not use an automated decision system to award projects or accept professionals.

4. Collaborations of professionals and workshops

The collaboration form requests name, telephone number, speciality and coverage area. The company or workshop, the email, the link to your own work and the presentation are optional. We use this data to assess the fit of the proposal and contact you.

These proposals reach the team via Telegram with a professional collaboration identification. They are managed separately from customer inquiries and are not incorporated into the customer CRM. Receiving a proposal does not mean accepting a professional or hiring a service.

5. Who can receive the information

Requests are communicated to the people on the team who must attend to them. If progress is made towards a project, only the professionals involved will be provided with the information necessary to assess, coordinate or carry out the corresponding work.

The sending of the forms uses Telegram as an internal notification channel. In cooking consultations, the photographs that you decide to attach are also sent. Technical hosting and communications providers are involved in the operation of the service. We do not publish data submitted by forms on the pages of the site.

Telegram is an external service and its infrastructure may involve international treatment. You can consult their treatment conditions and locations in their privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram open those services when you decide to use them; Their own conditions then apply. The Instagram section of the site uses files served from our website, not an external tracking widget.

6. Conservation and protection against abuse

Consultations and professional proposals are kept as long as they are necessary to address and follow-up on them. If a relationship is formalized, the necessary documentation is maintained to manage it and meet the applicable obligations or responsibilities. When information is no longer necessary, it should be deleted or its use limited.

The system that avoids repeated shipments saves technical references, cryptographic summaries and delivery statuses, without storing the text of the query, contacts or photographs in that technical record. References are valid for a maximum of 24 hours and attempt counters are valid for one hour; expired records are cleaned up in subsequent checks. The hosting server may also generate technical access logs to operate and protect the website.

7. Your rights and how to request them

You can request access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition or portability when applicable. If a processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it; this does not affect actions carried out lawfully previously.

Pseudonymous identifiers and technical data of the browser, device and use of the pages are processed. The basis of this optional processing is your consent.

The Google code is not loaded before your acceptance. If you reject the analytics, you can continue using the forms and the rest of the website. You can change your choice from "Set cookies" in the footer. The withdrawal deactivates subsequent measurements and eliminates the Analytics cookies managed by this website.

We do not send names, telephone numbers, emails, comments or photographs of the forms to Google. Page addresses submitted for measurement exclude parameters and fragments. Proposals from professionals are included in a separate category from client queries; this measurement does not incorporate them into the CRM.

Advertising features and Google Signals remain disabled in this integration. Browser identifiers have a maximum configured duration of 180 days.
